Maintenance vehicles will still be on the course and users must stay aware of their surroundings. The policy: Golf staff has the right to stop any activity at any time if it is deemed to be detrimental to the courses (low snow levels, dangerous activities, etc.). Violators will be given a verbal warning and a card explaining the policy. Repeat offenders will have their recreation privileges revoked, or the privileges of the people they are renting from.
This new policy will replace the existing policy previously adopted on December 14, 2005. Letters will be sent to homeowners and property managers on the golf courses and ads will be placed in the North Lake Tahoe Bonanza a few times throughout the season to explain the new policy. Signs will be placed at the driving range stating all activity is at your own risk. |
