Choice of Two Hors D'oeuvres
- Smoked trout and garlic cream on rye toast points
- Artichoke and cheese triangle turnovers
- Ginger spice carrot soup with a wedge of grilled cheese
- Spicy barbecue pulled pork with a dollop of sour cream and avocado
- Chipotle albondigas with smoked apples and chimichurri dipping sauce
- Spicy vegetable pot stickers with hot and sweet dipping sauce
Choice of One Entree (Includes a Garden Salad)
- Drunken chicken, slow cooked with mushrooms, savory vegetables and herbs, served with Yukon gold potatoes
- Roasted pork loin with fresh cranberry chutney, served with winter vegetables and mashed sweet potatoes topped with candied pecans
- Roulade of Chicken Milanese with a shallot butter, served with fresh herb roasted potatoes and greens
- Grilled stock-yard steak marinated in spices and olive oil, served with red wine mushroom sauce
- Seared Alaskan cod drizzled with a soy chili sauce atop jasmine rice
