Beaches & Parks

If you are looking for a place to hold a get together, softball tournament, sporting event, or special event in Incline Village, there are several venues available. For Residents of Incline Village, Incline and Burnt Cedar beaches have several barbecue areas to reserve for your spring or summer event. No longer do you need to arrive hours before your event to secure a spot for your group. The designated beach sites include a BBQ and picnic tables offering you and your friends an area to picnic and enjoy the beach. Two designated sites are available at Burnt Cedar and two at Incline Beach. These sites can only be reserved by Residents with a valid Recreation Photo ID. Each guest is still responsible for beach access fees.

There is also one designated site available at Preston Park that is perfect for a family gathering or your child’s birthday party which can be reserved by both Residents and Non-Residents.

In addition, Village Green, Preston Field and Incline Park offer wide open spaces for activities and have multi-use fields for your softball and baseballs needs. These sites are available to both Residents and Non-Residents.

Reservations at all sites are taken on a first-come, first-serve basis at the Parks & Recreation Department Counter. Please call (775) 832-1310 or stop by and see us. Payment is required with your application.
